REFUNDS

Due to the intimate nature of our product line, we do not allow for refunds or returns, however...

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We're not satisfied until you are! We stand behind all MOTORIZED items with a 90-day guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase or experience an issue with a motorized product within the first 90 days from the purchase date, you may return the product for merchandise credit.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original parts, cords, controls etc. must be included.  A restocking fee of 15% may be charged.

WARRANTY

After the first 90 days from the original purchase date, we warranties motorized toys for a period of one year against manufacturing defects or materials that affect the product's function.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the intimacy product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.
